Welcome to Foster’s Hotel, Restaurant, and Saloon! Located in the oldest commercial building in Chama, New Mexico, Foster’s has an incredible story and is loved by all in Chama, New Mexico.

Chama is known for its picturesque beauty, the Cumbres Scenic & Toltec Railroad, its incredible 4th of July fireworks display, and Chama Days! What you may not know is Chama is home to some incredible hotels, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes; one of which happens to be Foster’s!

Foster’s Hotel is quaint, with a tribute to simpler times. Our rooms are clean and comfortable, but simple like they were in the days of the Wild West (although, unlike the Wild West days, each of our rooms has its own bathroom, TV, and WiFi!). For those of you hiking through Chama, or prefer camping, Foster’s also has a shower room available to help keep you feeling your best.

Foster’s Restaurant offers delicious New Mexican and American food! We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with our breakfast menu being served all day. A few customer favorites include the ribs, breakfast burritos, and Carne Advovada. If you want a little spice in your life, be sure to get a dish served with our red or green chile and don’t worry, if you can’t decide between red or green, we can give you both! Just let us know you want it Christmas style!

Foster’s Saloon offers some incredible beverages! We offer the traditional favorites but we also offer our own twist! Be sure to try our Foster’s Margarita or if you’re more into beer, try a microbrew from a local New Mexico Brewery like Santa Fe Nut Brown or Alien. Foster’s Saloon is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a good time. You won’t stay a stranger for long if it’s your first time visiting our bar. Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying conversation, a game of pool, and maybe even dancing with your new Foster’s friends!
