Prep Cook- Cooking experience preferred.

Foster’s We are looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.

Line Cook- Cooking experience preferred.

Foster’s is looking for cooks who are passionate about food and serving others! Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, ability to follow directions, ability to memorize menu recipes to ensure speed and accuracy, and ability to absorb and retain information quickly. Must have some knowledge of knife skills and good hand/eye coordination. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Previous cooking job experience a plus.

Server- No experience necessary

Foster’s is looking for friendly and energetic individuals to fill server positions for the summer! No server experience is required- on-site training will be provided. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Busser- No experience necessary

Foster’s is looking for friendly and energetic individuals to fill busser positions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, ability to follow instructions, assist servers as needed, maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the restaurant, clear and reset tables as directed, and must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Previous experience is not necessary, on-site training will be provided.

Dishwasher- No experience necessary

Foster’s is looking for dishwashers! Must be able to operate dish machines to specifications, use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine, wash dishes by hand as needed, refill dishwasher chemical as needed, clean storage racks as needed, place washed items in the proper storage areas, maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing machine and receptacle underneath, sweep and mop area, and other duties that may be assigned. Previous experience is not required: on-site training will be provided.

Restaurant Supervisor- Experience preferred

Foster’s is looking for a friendly and energetic person with a passion for food and customer service to be our Restaurant Supervisor! Will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the restaurant. Will be responsible for staff management and training, quality customer service, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for guests and staff. Previous experience is a plus.

Barback- No experience necessary

We are looking for an observant, efficient barback who can work with other staff members to ensure that our customers receive prompt, seamless service. The bar back will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, and all other necessities, and taking on other duties to support the bartender and ensure that the bar operates smoothly. You should be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.

Bartender- Experience preferred

We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
